When do you drop off storage bins?

You can request a drop-off appointment of storage bins and wardrobe boxes at least two days after today’s date. Your earliest pick-up of your packed bins and boxes must be one day after the drop-off date. If you need a drop-off or pick-up service appointment at an earlier time or date, please call in and we’ll attempt to accommodate your time and schedule.

All of our concierge storage drivers, storage movers, and storage facility personnel undergo extensive background and DMV checks. In addition, all of our staff undergoes rigorous safety training to offer you the best customer service possible. We understand moving in and out of storage can be a stressful experience. Security, trust, and excellent service are especially important to you (and us) during this time, so we’ll do everything we can to ensure your concierge storage appointment is the best experience you’ve had in storage.

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Yes, you can change or cancel your pick-up and drop-off service appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or drop-off service appointment, otherwise there is a $100 cancellation charge. We do not charge you until your items are picked up, so we encourage you to set a concierge storage appointment as soon as possible to ensure you can get your preferred pick-up time. If you wish to change your appointment, we ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible.


How do I schedule a pick-up and drop-off appointment?

You can simply schedule your pick-up online and choose any available time that works for you. You can call us at (646) 828-8000 to schedule a drop-off.


When can Stashable pick up and drop off my stuff?

That depends on the number of items and our availability. For return deliveries, we require at least 48 hours notice. That gives us enough time to plan our route, prepare your items, and make sure they are safely loaded in the delivery vehicle.


What days are you closed and not delivering items?

Stashable’s concierge storage is open for pick-up and delivery every day (in select locations only) except for the following major holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

How quickly can I access my items in storage?

Pick-up and drop-off service times are usually between 36–48 hours from time of request. However, we may be able to accommodate your concierge storage appointment request in under 24 hours for a modest surcharge. We do experience seasonal spikes in business from time to time and during those times our schedules may fill quickly!
